Recommended Capitalization

The wiki originally read as follows:

The names of functions should be lower case, with the first name of each word capitalized, except for the first word (camel case or intercapitalization). This helps distinguish between official BioWare functions and user-defined functions. For example:

int doSomething(int nKills)
{
    return nKills - 9;
}

As very few people in the community (including, notably, the Lexicon group) use this method, I am changing it to the following:

The names of functions should be lower case, with the first letter of each word capitalized (i.e., camel case). For example:

int DoSomething(int nKills)
{
    return nKills - 9;
}
