Determines the distance in meters that the associate should follow its 'master' at.
[edit] Description
Returns the NPC associate's following distance in meters dependent upon NW_ASC_DISTANCE_* setting determined in SetAssociateState. Returns 2.0, 4.0, or 6.0.
