Template Documentation

This template is used on a large number of pages. In order to prevent unnecessary server load, edits should be kept to a minimum. Please experiment in your user page, and consider discussing your changes on the talk page before applying them. Editing a template causes all pages that use the template to be re-rendered. If the template is used often, this can put a lot of load on the server since it fills up the job queue.

This is a notice for an article in need of more detail. It will categorize an article that includes it into Category:Stubs.

Usage

The single, unnamed parameter taken by the template is the reason the article was marked as a stub.

This produces:

This article is a stub. You can help the NWN Lexicon by expanding it. Reason: this article gives too brief an overview of a very complex subject.

If the parameter is left blank, the default reason "This article is incomplete or lacking detail."
