Template Documentation

This template is used on a large number of pages. In order to prevent unnecessary server load, edits should be kept to a minimum. Please experiment in your user page, and consider discussing your changes on the talk page before applying them. Editing a template causes all pages that use the template to be re-rendered. If the template is used often, this can put a lot of load on the server since it fills up the job queue.

Usage

This is a notice for a section in need of more detail and should be placed in the section that ought to be expanded. If more than one section in a single article needs more detail, consider using {{stub|reason}} instead.

This template will categorize articles that include it into Category:Stub sections and display a notice in the article.

Unlike {{stub|reason}}, this template accepts no parameters, as it will be placed as close to the deficient content as possible.
